Problem with order

Place and order. To be sent to my neice in Tx, however it showed it was billed to her. I was sending as a gift. It should have been billed to my card.

I have not received bra that I paid extra for two day shipping

No one was available. I order my bra on Friday. I paid for 2 day FedEx delivery. It is now Wednesday and I still have not received my order.
